Playing for the Future’s Thomas McStravick has been invited to attend the G20 Young Social Entrepreneurs Summit in Nice, France on the 30th October – 2nd November 2011. The summit will discuss international agenda around youth social entrepreneurship and will provide us with the opportunity to influence current policies. Thomas was one of fifteen chosen from thousands of young social entrepreneurs from across the UK;

“This is a great chance to experience and influence policy on young entrepreneurs. I see young people as the way forward in society and for the economy. We need young, vibrant and knowledgeable people to help create innovative ideas and business opportunities to kick start the economy and drive business forward. This is also a fantastic opportunity to promote Playing for the Future, its partners, work and the young people we have worked with to a world-wide audience.

This invitation is a testament to the work that we, as an organisation, have done over the past few years and will be proud to attend such as prestigious and important event. We would like to thank everyone who have supported us to this point and look forward to more success in the very near future. A live update will be available via Twitter, Facebook and this website during the summit.
