Playing for the Future C.I.C

Today seen the launch of the Deluxe Group Mid Ulster Youth Academy’s Strength & Conditioning, Gymnastics and Football programme in partnership with the Ulster University. Our 2008-2003 squads all visited the university today to take part in a pitch session, Gymnastics session and S&C session all aimed to improve and develop balance, coordination, flexibility,core strength and contact time all key factors in succeeding as a football player. Playing for the Future C.I.C

The Mid Ulster Youth Academy was delighted to attend a development day on Sunday hosted by the Ulster University and Harry Gregg Foundation. The bad weather didn’t put our boys and girls off with plenty of football for all our squads. It was great to see so many kids from all over the North come together to play development games a great experience for all.
